The fastest route to the asking price

The standard estate agency model is designed around the needs (and working hours) of the agency rather than yours. And there’s no guarantee you’ll have the same agent working on your behalf throughout the process. You might be tempted to take the alternative route - the fixed fee model. It’s less expensive, but fees must be paid even if your property doesn’t sell. A more bespoke approach gives you a dedicated, motivated and available resource to help you market and sell your home at the highest possible price, in the least possible amount of time - whatever its value. At an initial valuation, we’ll get to know each other, agree terms, and talk through the steps ahead:

Legal:
I’ll arrange everything for you from the mandatory Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to advance contract preparation with your solicitors, in case of a quick exchange.

Marketing:
There’s more to marketing than Rightmove or Zoopla! It begins with home staging - an often overlooked step that can add significant value to your property and help it sell faster. We’ll then produce outstanding copy and imagery to present your property in its best possible light to the right buyers, with the option of aerial photography and video *  A hosted open day could follow, with email, paid social media, and door drop marketing included in the mix. If appropriate, we can even retarget website visitors. Our know-how means this mix is tailored to your property, and it’s a package enhanced by access to 88 sales portals in 57 countries thanks to Keller Williams’ global coverage.
